This is what returning to myself has been feeling like.

Slower.
Softer.
More honest.

I’m no longer forcing connection
or abandoning myself to keep it.

I’m allowing myself to be supported.

And this is the space I’m opening for other women too.

A place to soften.
To be held.
To come back into your own rhythm.

Yesterday was our first gathering.

It’s felt natural, safe, not forced or performative.

Just women showing up being present and allowing themselves to be seen.

Our theme was the womb and the throat.

Learning how to feel and express without abandoning our ourselves in the process.

This is a space that I’ve needed, and now it exists.

A place to soften.
A place to be held.
A place where you don’t have to carry everything on your own.

The Return of the Matriarch is a communal space for women seeking softness, support, and a deeper connection to themselves.

This is not a space where you have to perform healing.
This is a space where you can simply arrive… as you are.

We’ll gather, regulate, share, and return…together.

If you’ve been feeling stretched, disconnected, or just in need of something more grounded and real… this space is for you.

Nobody’s bigger than the program.

I am opening myself up to a new way of experiencing life.

I’m no longer overextending.
I’m not forcing.

I’m allowing myself to be supported.

I’m no longer resisting the support that’s already available to me.

I’m opening myself up to receive:

opportunities
money
space

This is new for me.

And it’s changing the way I show up…
the way I relate…
the way I connect to others.

I used to think I had to give more to experience more.

But I’m learning there’s a softer way.

This is the energy I’m bringing into the space we’re creating this Sunday.
