Thank You, Marisa West!

A special thank you to Marisa West, teacher at Polk County High School, for sharing the importance of having feminine hygiene supplies available in schools. Access to these essential products helps girls feel safe, confident, and protected, while ensuring they don’t have to miss valuable classroom time during their menstrual cycles.

We are grateful for educators like Marisa who advocate for the needs of their students and help bring awareness to period poverty. Polk County High School is one of the many schools that Got Her Covered proudly supplies with feminine hygiene products, helping young women stay in school with dignity and confidence.

Together, we are making a difference—one girl, one school, and one community at a time. 💗

Thank you Pastor Sandra-Kay Williams for sharing about “Got Her Covered”. When God gave me the vision for GHC in 2020 during the pandemic, you were the first person I called, and you have stood with me ever since.

A huge thank you to Olan Corporation for sending an amazing group of volunteers to spend the day serving at Got Her Covered.

Customer Support Leader Leeann Parris, along with Josh Landers, John Ferguson, and Suzanne Kyker, did a fantastic job yesterday helping at Got Her Covered.

Special thanks as well to Pauline Smith for spending the day with the group organizing and reorganizing so we can better utilize the space in our small facility.

Job well done, everyone! Thank you all for going above and beyond in serving our communities and helping us continue the mission of supporting women and girls experiencing period poverty.

Yesterday, as we packed summer care packages for students who will be out of school for the summer but will still need feminine hygiene products, Tobie Boyd, the school nurse at Lake Forest Middle School, came with her two sons to pick up summer feminine hygiene supplies for 17 locations within Bradley County Schools.

These supplies will help ensure that girls continue to have access to the products they need throughout the summer break.

The following schools and programs will be receiving summer feminine hygiene supplies through Got Her Covered:
