For Dad Talks, the Fatherhood Initiative and University Settlement are partnering with Sports Mom University, Black Women Love Football, and Provision House to bring a conversation series (that was last held in Pittsburgh during NFL Draft week in April) here to Cleveland.
When: Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 6:00 PM
Where: University Settlement, 5115 Broadway Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44127
Space is limited
To RSVP, simply email, Tevin Rey, at [email protected] or you can send him a text at 216.324.0019.
We’ll be joined by fathers of professional athletes for an honest conversation about fatherhood, parenting and supporting a high-level athlete, and the ways sports can create opportunities in life that extend well beyond the game. Confirmed panelists include Terrence Parsons, father of Micah Parsons of the Green Bay Packers; Lamont Ramsay, father of Jalen Ramsay of the Pittsburgh Steelers; and Tony Williams, father of Brandin Echols, who also plays for the Steelers.
More than anything, this is a conversation about being a dad. We want fathers and father figures to hear from other men about their experiences raising, guiding, supporting, challenging, and believing in their children through extraordinary circumstances, while recognizing that many of those lessons apply to all of us as fathers.
To RSVP, simply email, Tevin Rey, at [email protected] or you can even send him a text at 216.324.0019.
Mark your calendars!
Free admission. Food + beverages provided.
