Latest drop off of kitty litter, dog food and a ton of towels was to Diamonds in the Ruff Rescue Ohio in Columbia Station. Lynda Cittadini is a tough broad who wears her passion for rescuing discarded and abused animals on her sleeve. She's an absolute HOOT, a tremendous hugger and the kind of gal you want to swap war stories with over a cup of tea ❤️

Always a GREAT day when I make a run to drop off goodies to Guardians for the Animals of Ohio Rescue in Columbus. Pamela Anne Marie meets me 1/2 way in Mansfield and for the time it takes us to offload, I get to see my ride or die girl! ❤️ Last month's drop...boxes of towels/blankets through my group, Creature Comforts-OH, Distributing Donated Items to Rescues/Shelters . Today's load...a van full of dog food for the pups courtesy of Rescue Me Pawsome Style INC. Ann Saler and I believe in sharing resources with other rescues when we are lucky enough to have them!

So great to be (almost) up and running, again! Today's delivery of stacks of blankets and towels went to Ginger Didino at Buckeye's Missions and Sanctuary in Brunswick, OH. Buckeye's Missions is committed to rescuing homeless, abandoned, neglected, mistreated, urgent and medically-in-need dogs.

The proceeds from their pet boarding, daycare, grooming and training business helps to pay for food, medical care and the rehabilitation of their rescue dogs! If a dog is not fortunate enough to find their own forever family, Buckeye's Sanctuary serves as their permanent home. ❤️

Traveled down to North Canton, OH, yesterday, to meet up with the lovely Pam Amatangelo and drop off 54 blankets and 24 towels for Kristen Beck's Clover Field Wildlife Care. If you're not familiar with CFWC, they are a non-profit 501(3)(C) whose mission is to provide care for Ohio's injured and orphaned wildlife and return them back to the wild. Pam is a licensed wildlife rehabilitator and I was fascinated by her stories of how they use blankets, towels and sheets to make comfy habitats that mimic the natural environments of the animals in CWRC's care.

Today's SUPER FUN delivery of 54 blankets and 22 towels went to Shirley Persinger at Every Dog Matters in Youngstown, OH. Why the fun? I HAD 6 WIDDLE PIBBLE/BOXER MIX PUPPERS CRAWLING IN MY LAP! I HAD PUPPY BREATH IN MY FACE! UNLIKE THE EDM TEAM, I HAD NOTHING THAT I OWN CHEWED UP, PEED OR POOPED ON!

Busy week delivering blankets, towels and sheets! Did you know that you can drop off donations for PetResq at the Petco in Elyria or Avon Lake, OH? Dawn Pilger needed blankets so 47 found their way to her via the Elyria store.

My girl, Andrea Valentine, tagged me on a post from the Ashland Humane Society who had taken in 52 dogs in terrible condition from a hoarding situation. They needed sheets and towels so Andrea and I dropped off 57 sheets, 32 bath towels, 19 hand towels and 23 wash cloths.
