Imagine finally reaching a point where change is possible… but not being able to afford the next step.

A gentleman in our community has made the courageous decision to enter treatment. We are seeking to raise $1,250 to help cover his admission, transportation, and essential items needed to begin his recovery journey.

Recovery is possible—but community support often makes the difference.

If you are able to give, even a small amount, you are investing in a life, a future, and a second chance. If you’re unable to donate, liking, sharing, and commenting helps this post reach someone who can.

Before there can be change, there has to be communication.

Many of us can identify challenges within our community through personal experiences or by witnessing the experiences of others. Meaningful change in mental health services and access cannot happen if voices are not heard.

We want to strongly emphasize that this survey is completely private, and your experiences will remain confidential. This is not intended to create a thread for complaints about our community’s mental health services, and any negative comment threads will be removed.

If you or a loved one are having difficulty navigating mental health services and need assistance, please send us a private message. We will do our best to help connect you with support and resources.

We encourage everyone to take this survey, facilitated by medical professionals, and help advocate for positive change. Change does not happen overnight, but this is a place to start.

If you complete the survey, drop your favorite emoji below! 💙

Mental health touches every part of life — from housing and work to relationships and community. When mental health challenges arise, they often intersect with substance use, and whole person care that addresses both is essential to lasting recovery and well-being.
