After a week of relaying information, gathering names and phone numbers and meeting other organizations, grieving alongside students and community members, it reminds me of the reasons why I began my journey with the NAACP. There are things going on in this nation that doesn’t sit right with me, and tbh it never will until I see change. The tragic death of has not only shaken me to my core, but through the persistence of those who have stepped forward to aid in the investigation, it has reminded me to never give up!
