Sisters, Brothers, Kin —

The Communications Department of IATSE is currently collecting video content for the campaign. This campaign is to highlight members in 10 second clips where members explain that they’d rather be working behind-the-scenes in their skilled profession, but can’t due to COVID-19 shutting down our industry.

If we collect enough of these videos, we can amplify our collective voices so that they echo throughout the chambers of congress, and ensure congress passes much-needed stimulus and aid.

In this campaign, it is vital that we highlight and represent all the different faces of our union. Therefore, we invite all of our Sisters, Brothers, and Kin to take part in this campaign.

We are encouraging Local members to email a 10 second video recording of themselves stating their name, Local, craft, and where they wish they could be working if not for the ongoing Pandemic to [email protected]. Additionally, we are requesting all members to please include any images they may have of themselves working behind the-scenes.

We look forward to hearing from you!

It's been 6 years since the tragic loss of Sarah Jones.

If you ever feel unsafe on set, please seek out your steward or call the IATSE Safety Hotline: 844-422-9273.

You can also download the IATSE Safety app. With the app you can report any safety concerns you might have. This can even be done anonymously. There are also safety bulletins which can be referenced.

Safety should always be a priority on and off set.
