Located in the historic Rockefeller Building at 2490 Lee Blvd, Suite 219 in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, our nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization is dedicated to providing food, warmth, and hope to families across the Greater Cleveland community. The U.S. Postal Service has officially launched this year’s program, and the holiday magic has begun. Here’s how you can get involved:

💌 Families in Need

Write your letter to Santa and mail it now.
Letters must be postmarked by December 6, 2025 to qualify.
USPS removes personal details, then posts wish lists on a secure site for adoption.

🎅 Helpers & Gift Givers

Registration & ID check opens: November 3, 2025
Letter adoption begins: November 17, 2025
Final day to adopt & ship gifts: December 13, 2025 (by 8 p.m. ET)
✨ All gifts are shipped through USPS—safe, anonymous, and filled with Christmas cheer.

So start writing those letters ✍️ and mark your calendars to adopt one—it’s the easiest way to make the season brighter and participate in that holiday magic! ✨

🎁 The Salvation Army – Angel Tree / Christmas Assistance
Applications usually open early October and close late October (varies by city—some fill sooner).

🎁 Toys for Tots (U.S. Marine Corps Reserve)
Local sign-ups generally run October through mid-November, with toy pick-ups in December.

✉️ USPS Operation Santa
Letter adoption opens early November. Letters should be sent before Thanksgiving so adopters have time to shop.

🧦 Stockings With Care
Most registration opens in October and closes by early November.

🎅 Local Adopt-A-Family / Community & Church Programs
Typically open October and close by late November. Check with your local United Way (dial 211), community centers, or churches.
