Spring soccer families:
It IS late notice and we, as a board, are aware of that and apologize sincerely!
However, Saturday May 30th, we will have our end of the season party. It will start at 2pm and run until about 530. Dinner is graciously being donated!!!! Chicken Alfredo pasta, chicken fingers and fries. There will also be slippery bounce house slides with water!!!
Kids need to come prepared to splash and play (swimsuits, towels). Parents need a lawn chair!
Possibly...bring some $1 bills, there might be a pie in the face contest (that's a BIG maybe at this point, we are working out details of it, but it would all support the club).
If the coaches will all agree, 😉, they will also give a speech about their team and the type of season they had.
PLEASE...RSVP to your coach or to the messenger attached to this page. With: your athletes name and how many are coming (including the athlete).
BE READY TO HAVE FUN AND CELEBRATE THESE KIDS AND TEAMS!!!!

The u10 Cleveland Vipers finished their season tonight in Bristow. Did it end in a win? No, they lost 4 to 0. BUT....let me tell you what DID happen. These kids rose to the occasion and left it ALL on the pitch to the number one team in the bracket, who ends the season undefeated. These VIPERS, took second place in the bracket and that is no small feat either!!! They just lost 7 to 0 to this team, still took the field and gave it their best shot. Improvement showed in EVERYONE! Thankful to watch these players mature and become great individuals. It's an honor and privilege that is NOT taken lightly, to coach these kids. Well Done Vipers.
Levi Maker is a phenomenal player, and if you ever get the chance to watch him play, do NOT miss out. He was our leading scorer and tonight, played his very last u10 game. 😢

Every once in a while, a warrior comes along, and I have the pleasure of coaching them. Do not get me wrong, all of my athletes are special to me, across the sports. ALL of them bring something unique to the court or field. But sometimes, you have one that stands out, because of who they are. They come to practice, they listen, they work, they strive to get better, and then they smile at you, even when they don't have much to always say. Tonight, as in most games, one young man took the field and quiet ly directed teammates. He played heart and soul and went to the ball. He was ferocious. He led by his example, as he often does. When he went down after a ball to the face, he (for the first time ever), didn't bounce back up and smile at me. He picked his head up slowly and made eye contact. Then dropped his head. I was on the field in seconds to help him and he appeared dazed and confused. It shook me to the core. He cried, he seemed upset that he was done playing. He wanted to continue playing the game.
Rhett Dryden is an inspiring athlete and young man. He's fierce and plays with the heart of a warrior, no matter what. No matter the size of the other kids or the score of the game. He will never quit on himself or his team. I love coaching you, and you are a prime example of what Cleveland soccer should be. Ashlee Dryden

Tonight our u6 teams faced off, Cleveland vs Cleveland, for the final game of their seasons. It was fun and there were lots of smiles, laughs and sportsmanship from all involved. Thank you parents and family members that showed up for these kids. There were MANY spectators and that was GREAT!!!!!! At the end, both teams got their medals and could not have been more proud of themselves. Cleveland....welcome to your future HS Soccer teams! PS we all survived no naps for some of these little ones!

This u14 team is something else. They allowed a goal on their OWN kickoff, in less than 10 seconds of the the start of the game. Went down 5 to 0 in the first half of the first half. They then decided to get it together. And Rayden Phillips scored 2, then Carlos scored. And at halftime it was 5 to 3. U14 Raptors fought and clawed their way back in. They ended in a 5 to 5 tie, with MULTIPLE one on ones with the keeper and were VERY close to winning it. But a tie is better than a loss. Carlos had 2 goals and multiple assists, Rayden had the HAT trick! The defensive line tightened up and made thru balls tough for Coweta. Laelia Yandell had an OUTSTANDING day in the net, the second half specifically! WAY TO GO RAPTORS

CLEVELAND...this club is making a name for themselves by the kids ability to play, have sportsmanship and never give up.
U8 Venemous Vipers had a friendly today, which is a scrimmage. They went down 3 to 0 and fought back to end in a 3 to 3 tie for the end of their season.

U10 Vipers came home today and played a Mannford team that wanted revenge. Kids were moved to different spots and STILL played amazing TOGETHER. They took the 2 to 0 victory!!!! Levi Maker with BOTH goals.

Even though the u6 Splatter lost, 4 to 2, to a decent Mannford team...it's important to note that Koda Henderson is a BEAST of a player and had one goal, while little Mr. Carson had his first goal EVER. And his face was utterly PRICELESS.

These kids are the reason we do what we do. They are worth the hours, the emotion, the snacks and dedication. Thank you for your support. And thank you to Keith Henderson for the great video!!!

We are proud to announce that Adrianna Brown of Cleveland (she plays High School soccer with Cleveland, attends BA to play competitive, and is coaching the u14 rec team) has been selected to attend the South Region Intra Regional ODP Combine this June. This is one of the highest identification opportunities within the US Youth Soccer pathway and represents a major milestone in a player’s development journey.

This selection is the result of consistent training habits, accountability, resilience, and a commitment to growth the exact standards we strive to uphold across our club. Earning an invitation to this event requires more than talent. It demands:

• Coachability and the willingness to apply feedback
• Daily discipline in training and preparation
• Competitive consistency in both training and match environments
• Character—how a player carries themselves when no one is watching

We also want to recognize the team environment and coaching support that helped make this possible. Achievements like this reflect the collective work of teammates pushing each other, coaches setting high standards, and families supporting the process.

Please join us in congratulating Adrianna on this outstanding accomplishment. We look forward to seeing her represent our community and state with pride and continue their development at the regional level.
