👁️💙 World Sight Day – October 8 💙👁️

Today, the Cleveland Lions Club joins Lions around the world in recognizing World Sight Day and our shared commitment to protecting and improving vision.

Vision has always been at the heart of what Lions Clubs do. From vision screenings and eyeglasses to supporting Leader Dogs for the Blind and helping those facing vision loss, Lions work every day to make a difference in the lives of others.

We are proud to be part of an organization that believes everyone deserves the opportunity to see a brighter future. 🌎👁️

On World Sight Day, take a moment to appreciate the gift of sight—and consider how you can help someone else see their world a little more clearly.

🐾💙 Helping Change Lives, One Guide Dog at a Time! 💙🐾

One of the many ways Lions Clubs serve our communities is by supporting and promoting Leader Dogs for the Blind.

Leader Dogs are specially trained to help people who are blind or visually impaired navigate the world with greater independence, confidence, and freedom. These incredible dogs become more than guides—they become trusted companions and life-changing partners. 🦮❤️

We are proud to support an organization that makes such a meaningful difference in the lives of people with vision loss.

👀 Do you or someone you know have vision loss and could benefit from a Leader Dog or their services? Please reach out to us! We would be happy to connect you with someone from Leader Dogs for the Blind who can provide information about their programs and how to get started.

Lions are here to serve—and helping people see a world of possibilities is at the heart of what we do! 🦁💙

We’re so proud to see our new pavilion getting some love! 💛🦁 Thank you to Congressman Grossman for stopping by Cleveland and recognizing what this pavilion means to our community.

The Cleveland Lions Club is incredibly proud to have helped make this project possible, and we’re excited to see it enjoyed by our community for years to come! 🎉

It was great meeting with Village of Cleveland President Jarod Jackett and Cleveland officials to hear about the issues and priorities facing the community.

I also had a chance to see Cleveland’s nice new pavilion, a great addition to the village and a place the community can enjoy for years to come. Thanks to everyone for taking the time to meet with me!

Hope you’ll join our Co****le Tournament next year!

📣 Co****le Tournament Update 📣

Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to cancel today’s Co****le Tournament.

While the rain is beginning to slow down and is expected to end this afternoon, the boards, bags, and grounds are simply too wet for fair play. Wet co****le bags become heavier and don’t slide the same, making it impossible to provide the quality tournament our players deserve.

We know this is disappointing, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding.

🎉 The rest of Dairyland Fest is still happening!

Come out and enjoy:
🛍️ Craft Fair & Vendor Market
🎟️ Bucket Raffles
🌭 Great Food
🎶 LIVE MUSIC by Bacchus Lotus tonight! Don’t miss a great evening of music to wrap up the day!

Thank you for your support and understanding. We look forward to seeing everyone at Dairyland Fest! ❤️
