It’s MONDAY! 🍂

New week, new blessings, new opportunities and new reasons to keep going.

If fall has you feeling a little heavy, you are not alone. The change in season can feel like a lot. So let’s take this week slow.

Breathe. Rest when you need to. Start over as many times as you need to.

You made it to a new week, and that alone is something to be proud of. 💛

What is one small thing you’re looking forward to this week? Tell me below, I really want to know 👇🏾

Our mission has always been simple: meet people where they are and fill the gaps. Food insecurity is one of the biggest gaps for our seniors.

This $500 Save A Lot win isn't just a gift card it's 500 more ways we can show up for our most treasured generation. our senior citizens 🧡

Today was a beautiful day for Power of 3 Foundation! 🧡

We stopped by our local Save A Lot at 2227 Noble Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44112 to pick up our $500 gift card won through the Save A Lot Hometown Hero National Contest!

A huge THANK YOU to:
Tanya Yee - Regional Director, Dechelle Reeder - District Manager, and Erica Wilson - Store Manager, who we had the pleasure of meeting today.

Thank you for taking the time to share ideas with us about future partnerships and how we can support the store and help keep it as a staple in our community.

We are truly grateful to Save A Lot for supporting community members who are actively working to improve our neighborhoods.

This gift card will go directly toward supporting our most treasured community members our elderly senior citizens. We know food insecurity is a huge barrier, and we are already planning something special for the month of November to support our seniors.

If this initiative interests you and you’d like to be part of it, please reach out to me!

To everyone who liked, shared, reposted, cheered us on we are deeply grateful. This win was because of YOU.

And please go support this local Save A Lot! Yes, it has experienced challenges, but under the amazing new leadership of Manager Erica Wilson, the store is fully stocked, fresh, clean, and neatly organized and ready to serve you.

If we want to keep businesses in the community that support the community, we have to do our part to support them back.

We are truly grateful. Thank you again! 🙏🏽

October, we’re here. 🍂✨

Not by accident. By grace.
With faith in our hearts, fire in our spirit, and room for all the good that’s coming.

This month, we aren’t shrinking. We aren’t doubting. We aren’t going back.
We are walking forward together.

When September Ends This is for you. If September was heavy, if it drained you, tested you, made you question yourself I see you. When September ends, it doesn’t mean you failed. It means you survived what was meant to break you. You don’t have to enter October healed. You just have to enter October willing.

Willing to try again. Willing to believe again. Willing to let October be kinder. So this morning lay September down. The tears, the bills, the bad news, the sleepless nights lay it down.

October is not just another month. It’s another chance. And you are still here to receive it.

We don’t end September empty we end it equipped. October, we’re ready. 🍂💙

WE MADE IT THROUGH SEPTEMBER. THAT’S GRACE. 🍂

Not because September was easy. But because grace carried us when we were tired, when plans changed, when we had to keep showing up anyway.

September tested us. October will bless us.

Grateful for grace, guided by faith, ready for what is next. 🙏

Your Power of 3 Faith. Family. Community . carried you here. Keep going.

From our Power of Three Foundation family to yours we made it. Give yourself some grace today.

🍂 Wake up. Show up. Win. 🍂

It’s Wednesday — aka WINS-DAY! Halfway through the week is the perfect time to pause and celebrate how far you’ve come.

Before you stress about what’s left on your to-do list, let’s honor what you’ve already done.

The quiet wins. The brave wins. The “I didn’t quit” wins. They all count.

This fall, we’re choosing progress over perfection. We’re showing up — even when it’s hard. Because that’s where the power is.

So tell us — what’s ONE win this week? Big or small, we want to celebrate you. 🤎🧡
