The Cleveland Psychoanalytic Center proudly joins the Maltz Museum, the Ohio Center for the Book at Cleveland Public Library, the Mandel Humanities Center at Cuyahoga Community College, ONE Cleveland, and other partners in celebrating the release of the new movie Supergirl in the city where Superman was born. We join these and other partners for a special screening hosted by the Siegel & Shuster Society at the Capitol Theatre on Friday, June 26 at 7:20pm. New York Times Bestselling author, and writer of Supergirl comics, Mariko Tamaki will join us at the Capitol Theatre for a live talkback after the film.
Then on Sunday, June 28, CPC members, Vera Camden and Valentino Zullo will moderate a conversation with Mariko Tamaki about her career in comics as part of the Maltz’s “Icons in Ink” exhibition on the “Jewish Comics Experience.”
We encourage CPC members and friends to join us at both the film screening and at the conversation at the museum.
