As the Executive Director of Reaching Heights, it is my honor to share with you the impact stories of those that have been served by and serve others in Reaching Heights mission.

This is why I give, and why I serve.
Serving as Board Chair reminds me how powerful high-quality teaching can be in a young person’s life. Every summer at Reaching Heights’ Summer Music Camp, I’m blown away by the professionalism, talent, and heart our teaching artists bring. This year we reached full capacity with 99 campers, created 51 summer jobs, and awarded 26 percent more scholarships, yet what inspires me most is the level of excellence our staff models for every student.
That’s why board service matters deeply to me. When we invest in environments where young musicians are taught, encouraged, and challenged by true professionals, we are shaping confidence, community, and lifelong possibilities.

💲 500 purchases supplies for the ECAG Parent Mentor program for an entire academic year.
💲 1,800 sponsors 1 paid 12-week summer internship with a local business.
💲 200 can send a student to summer music camp.
💲 1250 can purchase supplies for 1 Many Villages school site for an entire academic year.
💲 1000 can provide a student entrepreneurial success grant.
💲 50 can sponsor a student with a 1-hour private instrumental music lesson.
