Sometimes plans simply need a little adjusting, and we are grateful that we’ll have the opportunity to see an amazing group of volunteers next month and make a difference!

But one thing we’ve learned over the years is that when plans change, our mission doesn’t. We simply find another way to make it happen!

And that’s exactly what happened!

Our incredible board members, family members, and supporters rolled up their sleeves and got to work! From assembling shelves and reorganizing spaces to sorting toys, stocking our pantry, and preparing resources, every helping hand made a difference yesterday!

And can we talk about our AMAZING little helpers?!

These kids didn’t just tag along. They jumped right in, worked hard, and showed us that you are never too young to make a difference! Watching them serve others with such willing hearts was one of the sweetest parts of it all.

To everyone who continues to give their time, energy, and heart to this mission, THANK YOU! We couldn’t do this without you.

Somewhere tonight, a child will try to make sense of a world that has changed around them.

A child who has to sleep in an unfamiliar bed, missing the people they love, or wondering what tomorrow will bring.

Behind every circumstance is a child with a name, a heart, a story, and a future that matters deeply to God.

At Fostering Faith Foundation, we cannot erase the hurt or change everything these children have experienced. But together, we can make sure they are met with love, dignity, compassion, and the simple reassurance that they have not been forgotten.

And sometimes, what seems like a small item to us becomes an unforgettable reminder to a child that someone cares.

Mrs. Claus and her elves have been busy behind the scenes preparing for another magical Christmas season, and we’re ready to sprinkle a little extra joy, wonder, and Christmas cheer!

At Fostering Faith Foundation, we believe every child deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and remembered during the holidays. That’s why we’re excited to begin filling Christmas Wish Lists for children and teens in foster and kinship care alongside our community elves and businesses partners.

Join us for the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber Non-Profit Showcase!

Whether you’re looking for a resource, searching for a place to volunteer, hoping to support a local cause, or simply want to learn more about the organizations making a difference right here in our community, this event is for you.

One of my favorite things about the Non-Profit Showcase is seeing so many missions come together under one roof. Different causes. Different stories. Different ways of serving. But all with one common goal, making our community stronger by caring for the people in it. 💜

Come walk around, ask questions, make connections, discover resources, and meet some of the amazing people who are working behind the scenes to serve our neighbors every day.

Sometimes the hardest part is simply saying, “I need help.”

Maybe a child came into your home with very little notice.
Maybe you’re a grandparent or relative who suddenly stepped into a parenting role you never expected.

Maybe you’ve adopted, reached permanency, or you’re simply trying to make it through a season that looks nothing like you thought it would.

At Fostering Faith Foundation, you don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to explain everything. And you certainly don’t have to have it all figured out before you walk through our doors.

Come as you are. Tell us what you need. And we will be there to help for whatever you need.

Sometimes that looks like clothes, diapers, a bed, a car seat, food, or something comforting for a child. Sometimes it looks like listening for a few minutes and reminding someone that there are people standing beside them.

Because this was never just about giving away things.

It’s about making sure families know they have somewhere to turn.
