It is so hard to believe that Special O.P.S. was created just one year ago this September! What began as a hope to bring adults with special needs together has grown into a wonderful, supportive community filled with friendship, encouragement, laughter, and belonging.

Over the past year, we have been blessed to meet so many amazing adults, families, volunteers, supporters, and community partners who believe in our mission. Your support has helped create a place where everyone can overcome, persevere, and shine.
We are incredibly grateful for every person who has attended an event, shared a smile, volunteered their time, offered encouragement, or helped spread the word about Special O.P.S. This anniversary is a celebration of all of you and the positive difference we are making together.

Join us as we celebrate our first year, reflect on the memories we have made, and look forward to an even brighter future for our Special O.P.S. family!

July’s Adult Special Needs Group was so much fun. We got to see all the faces we know and love as well as new faces.

We enjoyed a good summer meal and finished it off with the Kona Ice Truck. Everyone loved the snow cones.
