Received a post from Helen Ressler of Paris ( former state Treasurer of IOKDS)... her 36 year old son suffered a brain aneurism! He has a long road of recovery ahead! Please pray for him and his family!

For those of you who haven’t heard, our 36 year old son, Casey suffered a brain aneurysm on Wednesday evening. We have an awesome God. We are so profoundly grateful for the many God moments we experienced from the time his symptoms began until the surgeons completed the surgery. The response from our community, friends, his Army National Guard buddies and family have been humbling. We are beyond grateful for each of you. First and foremost we would like to thank everyone for the prayers. They work! We would also like to thank everyone who has responded with visits to the hospital, food, bags of snacks, and essentials. We are grateful for all the contributions to the Go Fund Me Account to help with financial obligations for Casey and Rachel and their children. He is making progress in small increments. It will be a long road so keep those prayers coming. He is UT Southwest Zale Lipsky Pavillion Clements Hospital
