New for the City of Keene residents! Starting February 2027.

We're excited to announce that you’ll soon have access to Medical Access & Service Advantage (MASA®) through your Keene water utility. MASA is the leader in emergency medical transportation protection. Whether by air or ground, ambulance services can come with hefty bills — even if you have health insurance. MASA provides an extra layer of financial protection against the out-of-pocket costs of emergency medical transportation.
✔️ No deductibles.
✔️ No health questions.
✔️ All ambulance providers included, widely across the U.S.
To learn more, visit https://www.keenetx.com/community/masa.php.

All customers will be auto-enrolled with a voluntary contribution of $7.75 per month included in their monthly water bill, which covers the entire household. Customers who already have MASA, those on Medicaid*, or anyone who does not wish to participate must opt out by visiting https://www.keenetx.com/community/masa.php. To avoid the contribution appearing on the February billing cycle, you must opt out by 1/15/2027.

*Medicaid beneficiaries are ineligible for MASA memberships
