Clearwater Lions Club hosted guest speaker, Scott Gill, from High Point Family Neighborhood Center on May 21st. Dunedin Cares Food Pantry is the most recent recipient of a bench from our Bags to Benches Environmental Initiative ( #7)! They collected 1,258 pounds of plastic film that would have ended up in our landfills and waterways. Clearwater Lions John, 1st VP Nicole, and Service Chair David were at the April 21st Honor Flight of West Central Florida, Mission #56, to welcome home our veterans at St. Pete/Clearwater Airport! Clearwater Lions Club sponsors a guardian for a veteran once a year, and they try to attend every homecoming!

We’re proud to share our Healthy Bites Snack Stand program, made possible by the generous support of the Clearwater Lions Club -Florida.

Designed to support clients who may need a little extra care and nourishment, Healthy Bites provides easy access to nutritious snacks and drinks before treatment sessions. Something as simple as a snack can help reduce stress, improve focus, and create a more positive, supportive experience for those we serve.

With welcoming, self-serve snack stations in the waiting areas at our Clearwater Center, families can access what they need, no questions asked, ensuring dignity, consistency, and care at every visit.

In honor of Earth Day and our environment, CLC members, family, and friends gathered on S. Highland Avenue to pick up litter between Court and Lime Streets, on April 25th.
We thank you for your dedicated service, keeping our world litter-free! As Helen Keller said, and I paraphrase, "I cannot do everything, but I can do something." and "Alone we can do so little, but together we can do so much!"
