Great time together at our Volunteer Ministers meeting!

It was wonderful to get together with fellow Volunteer Ministers, share ideas, catch up, and talk about how we can continue helping others in our community.

What I always enjoy most is the positive energy and willingness everyone brings to make a difference. Whether it’s supporting someone who needs a helping hand, sharing tools that can improve lives, or simply being there for others, every action counts.

Thank you to everyone who continues to volunteer their time and dedication. Looking forward to all the good we can accomplish together!

The first time I walked through the doors of the Volunteer Ministers of Clearwater was after hurricane Milton struck in 2024.

My husband and I were greeted warmly by a vast of people all wearing yellow shirts, ready to serve anyone and everyone in the city. We made ourselves useful right away by making phone calls and reaching out to people in the community to make sure that they were safe, and offer them aide. We did community clean-up to anyone who needed it.

I knew right away I wanted to be a part of this group. I later made the decision to begin the courses that they offer and found them to be quite informative and useful for everyday life. The practical exercises helped me to apply what I learned.

My recent successful action is completing all nineteen courses. I feel more knowledgeable, competent and I look forward to serve.

Something can be done about it! Our Volunteer Ministers in Miami participated in a major donation collection for those affected by the earthquake in Colombia. Together with other volunteers, a total of 200 volunteers joined in to support this important effort. We will continue to help where needed, and thank you to everyone for your participation and for helping make a difference for those in need.

Congratulations to our newest fully trained Volunteer Minister, Sister Maria from the NOI! We are proud to welcome her to the team and look forward to working together as she joins us in helping others and making a positive difference in the community.

In honor of World Humanitarian Day, our Volunteer Ministers in Tampa welcomed special guests and recognized them for their dedication, service and contributions to helping others in the community.

It was a meaningful occasion to celebrate those who embody the humanitarian spirit through their actions. 🌍💛

I was guided here. The first time I walked through the doors of Volunteer Ministers, I saw a banner explaining the Technology of Study, and I immediately knew why I had come. This was exactly the problem I was facing!

Then I watched the video and got started. I was amazed and very grateful to have found something that could help me with my current study difficulties. Now I have the tools to carry with me on my journey and I can study the things I want to learn.

You went to school… but did anyone teach you how to study?

Many people struggle to learn new skills—not because they lack ability, but because they were never taught the methods of effective learning.

Learn the techniques that can help you understand, remember, and apply what you learn.

It’s time to learn how to learn.

Today, people are graduating school unable to read or write at a level adequate to hold a job or deal with life. It is a huge problem. It is not that subjects cannot be learned; what isn’t taught is how to learn. It is the missing step in all education.

Hands-On Learning, Real Results
