Being able to identify the anti-social personality moves me from a passive observer to a confident leader in resolving and even preventing problems from these bad actors”

Here is what one of the Criminon students said:
“Before starting the Criminon program, I was blind to a lot of things. Criminon opened my eyes to the fact that I am somebody regardless of my incarceration, and took me on a journey to reflect on my life. I now know that change and new beginnings are out there, one just has to want it.

Everyday used to be a struggle for me, poor decision making, arguments and fights. Now I wake up ready to face challenges head on and apply what I’ve learned through Criminon to my daily situations. I just want the readers to know that this isn’t just a course; this can become a real life changer.

The Way to Happiness Course
“Compassion, self-control and tolerance have been high on my list and I feel now this course has enveloped me and I feel in a much more positive place.”
By walking through this course for the last several months, it is clear to myself that I have been overlooking myself and others! Going through the list of virtues has been in some cases overwhelming for me and has made me re-evaluate myself and life to look forward to making a more committed outlook on my way forward. Compassion, self-control and tolerance have been high on my list and I feel now this course has enveloped me and I feel in a much more positive place.

In a week we sent out over 1300 newsletters to our students. Several dedicated Criminon volunteers came in to help get this mailing out - here Cheryl and Kelly use our wonderful new toy, a folding machine. Great job, Criminon Florida

Here is a success story from one of our Criminon students who completed the Personal Integrity course: “There are lots of things I learned from this course which I found hard to unpack in this small space. The ones that stand out are as follows:
1. Acceptance: I will try to accept people, events, situations, and circumstances as they occur. My acceptance will be total and complete.

2. I will take responsibility for my situation and for all those events I see as problems. I know taking responsibility means not blaming anyone or anything for my situation, including myself.

3. My awareness will remain established in defenselessness.

In very short, these are my takeaways. Thank you very much.”
