Here's a little story time magic! Thanks to the thoughtfulness of donors, the annual Skip Cline Society Book Drive delivered 135 books to the hospitals of Morton Plant Mease. Many of the books received were specially requested by nurses and childcare center teachers to bring smiles and comfort to children and families while they're at the hospital.

We are so grateful to everyone who donated books. And if you didn't get a chance to, it's never too early to think of your favorite children's book for next year! If you'd like to learn more about the Skip Cline Society, future events, and how to donate, click the link below - and happy reading!

A gift inspired by gratitude is now creating a lasting impact for patients across our community.

After witnessing the compassionate care his wife, Merian, received at Mease Countryside Hospital's Emergency Center, Fred Green chose to give back in a remarkable way, making a $100,000 gift to support future patients and families throughout our community.

His generosity funded two new CareLift vans, helping patients access the medical care they need through a program that has provided more than 500,000 free rides to patients in need since 1996.

At a special plaque unveiling at Mease Countryside Hospital, CareLift volunteers joined hospital leadership to personally thank Mr. Green for his extraordinary generosity and commitment to helping others.

Through this gift, Fred is honoring Merian's memory while ensuring thousands of patients can continue receiving the care they need for years to come. We are deeply grateful for Fred’s compassion, generosity, and the impact he has made on our community.

Exceptional care inspires extraordinary generosity.

At Mease Dunedin Hospital, a grateful patient was so touched by the compassion and dedication of Julie from Med-Surg that they chose to make a special gift to the Morton Plant Mease Health Care Foundation.

Every day, caregivers like Julie create meaningful moments that leave a lasting impact on patients and families. You can hear more inspiring stories from grateful patients and the caregivers who changed their lives at our Illuminate Gala on October 17th.

Together, we'll celebrate the power of philanthropy and the remarkable people who make extraordinary care possible.

Team building, baseball, and great company made for a winning afternoon at Tropicana Field! Our team enjoyed cheering on the Tampa Bay Rays as they took on the Texas Rangers. Moments like these remind us that spending time together outside of work helps strengthen the connections that drive our success every day. ⚾

Thanks to the power of philanthropy, 20 local students discovered new possibilities in health care this summer through the Diane Rauch Camp Nurse Jr. program at Mease Dunedin Hospital.

From first aid and Stop the Bleed training to hands-on simulations and hospital department tours, students gained real-world exposure to the many careers that make patient care possible. We are honored to fund this program and continue Diane Rauch's legacy while helping build the next generation of compassionate health care professionals.

Thank You for Supporting Pitch for Pink! 💖

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for the 21st Annual Pitch for Pink with the Clearwater Threshers Baseball team. Because of your generosity and support, we raised nearly $16,000 this year!

This event has contributed more than $330,000 over the years to support breast cancer services at the hospital of Morton Plant Mease, helping provide care and hope to patients throughout our community.

Thank you to our sponsors, volunteers, players, staff, and every fan who wore pink and showed up for this important cause.
