📢 Attention Pet Owners 📢
We’ve recently noticed an increase in pet waste being left in common areas and on private lawns. As a reminder, cleaning up after your pet is part of our community guidelines and helps maintain a clean, healthy, and enjoyable environment for everyone, including other pets. 🐾
Please remember to bring a waste bag on every walk and use the pet waste station located at the corner of 39th Street N. and 107th Avenue N., near the clubhouse.
Pet owners are also responsible for ensuring their pets do not cause disturbances to neighbors. Excessive barking, unsupervised roaming, or unattended waste, no matter how small, can impact the comfort and safety of our community.
Please help by:
• Monitoring noise levels, especially during quiet hours
• Keeping pets leashed or properly contained and off neighboring lots
• Promptly cleaning up after your pet
• Ensuring pets are not left unattended in a way that may cause disruption
This information is outlined in the HOA’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, Article VIII, Section 6, which states:
“No person owning or in custody of an animal shall allow it to stray or go upon another’s lot without the consent of the owner of such lot.”
