Island Estates Women's Club

Island Estates Women's Club The IEWC, founded in 1961, is dedicated to friendship, community service, charitable giving, educational enrichment and social activities.

The IEWC has monthly luncheons with various programs from September thru May. We have an annual fundraiser luncheon in October for Breast Cancer Awareness, December for Clothes To Kids and our March luncheon is a Spring Fashion Show to raise funds for scholarship awards. The scholarship awards are presented to the winners at our May luncheon. Winners are young women from Clearwater High School who

are selected based on their high academic and leadership qualities and are involved in their local communities. Information regarding the scholarship awards can be obtained by contacting Lisa Oliver at 314-651-1015

The IEWC welcomes new members from Island Estates and surrounding areas. Please contact Patti Jucha, Chairperson of the Membership Committee at 661-477-1741. Our evening at Ozona Blue Grill in Palm Harbor was truly exceptional! The stunning setting, combine with delicious food and great service, created the perfect backdrop for a fun-filled evening. The camaraderie among the 30 women of the IEWC was filled with happiness, and we even had the joy of celebrating a birthday together. It was without a doubt a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone. We are already looking forward to returning in the future for a much loved "It’s 5 o’clock Somewhere" gathering. Thank you Ozona Blue Grill.
