FYI Community Partnership, Inc. (FYI) is an organization devoted to providing educational programs and access to resources that empower the families, one individual at a time. Formed in 2006 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, FYI has the bold vision of creating a brighter future for families and children. We focus on strengthening their individual capabilities and in turn, improving their futu

re socioeconomic status. FYI has a dynamic new reading program designed to help our children improve their reading skills. Our reading center is open on Monday nights each week from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. FYI provides children with age-appropriate activities to assist with reading and comprehension skills. The children are encouraged to create arts and crafts related to the reading topics. We also offer homework help for all age groups. Our reading center meets throughout the school year, in addition, we have a summer program designed to prevent the "summer slide." If our children learn to love reading, wonderful opportunities will open up to them as they progress, not only through school, but throughout their development into responsible, learned adults. Our vision is to close the education gap for our children! Volunteers and Sponsors Needed! Our Story

FYI Community Partnership, Inc. (FYI) is devoted to providing access to resources that empower families in at-risk communities to strengthen their neighborhoods one family at a time. Formed in 2006 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, FYI has the bold vision of creating a brighter future for families and children in under-served communities with a focus on the strengths of individuals to improve their families’ socioeconomic status.

FYI is currently focused on three areas: --Community Needs Assessment that will engage all the residents of the Lake Belleview Community to let us know what their most pressing needs are. --Youth Development Arts and Literature Program for young people 7 to 17. TBA --The Lake Belleview Community Resource Center where residents may come for assistance with Employment Readiness; SNAP and other benefits; Referrals to local resources as well as personal business issues.
