Christmas light judging is the 18-20th. Dues must be current to be eligible for a prize.

Christmas Walk December 21st. Meet at 2245 Tulip Tree Lane at 6:30pm. Hot chocolate and treats served after the walk.

Santa will be in the neighborhood on December 23rd. Santa will cruise the neighborhood around 7:30pm. Be outside to greet him!

The Woodgate III HOA Budget for fiscal year 2024-2025 is shown. Our expenses included the annual tree trimming, maintenance of the entries and signage, yearly block party, welcome packets, newsletters, website, government organization and tax filings, One-Call notification system, and legal fees.

Please note that the Woodgate III HOA board members are un-compensated volunteers. Our "pay" is the maintenance of Woodgate III as an aesthetic and desirable neighborhood, which all residents benefit from whether participating or not.

Residents may notice construction crews working on sidewalks in their neighborhoods over the next few months. A contractor working for the city of Clearwater's Public Works Department will be grinding down lifted sidewalk panels throughout the city. Construction begins Sept. 17, and goes through early 2026.
This work will improve safety and accessibility by smoothing out uneven surfaces, and crews will work as quickly and safely as possible, with minimal impact to residents. Crews will begin in the southeast region of the city and continue working north and west until the work is complete. Thank you for your patience.

Citizens Academy deadline is Thursday, May 15! Clearwater Citizens Academy is a hands-on program designed for residents eager to make a positive impact on the community. Throughout the 10-session program, participants have the chance to tour facilities, try hands-on activities, ask questions, and share their concerns about their neighborhood.

With opportunities to visit the police station, fire station, solid waste and recycling facilities, and more, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to run Clearwater.

Heads up! Starting May 19, our water system will temporarily switch to chlorine disinfection during routine maintenance. You might notice a stronger smell or taste, but the water is safe to drink and meets all health standards. Kidney dialysis patients should not be impacted and they should contact their care team for assistance.
