Woodgate III is a subdivision in NE Clearwater with 177 two, three and four bedroom homes bounded by Belcher Road on the N and E, Greenbriar on the W and Top of the World on the S. The HOA has been active for over 30 years and the single family homes are well kept. We welcome new resident owners.

Christmas light judging is the 18-20th. Dues must be current to be eligible for a prize.

Christmas Walk December 21st. Meet at 2245 Tulip Tree Lane at 6:30pm. Hot chocolate and treats served after the walk.

Santa will be in the neighborhood on December 23rd. Santa will cruise the neighborhood around 7:30pm. Be outside to greet him!

The Woodgate III HOA Budget for fiscal year 2024-2025 is shown. Our expenses included the annual tree trimming, maintenance of the entries and signage, yearly block party, welcome packets, newsletters, website, government organization and tax filings, One-Call notification system, and legal fees.

Please note that the Woodgate III HOA board members are un-compensated volunteers. Our "pay" is the maintenance of Woodgate III as an aesthetic and desirable neighborhood, which all residents benefit from whether participating or not.
