Moccasin Lake Nature Park is hosting our first ever Honey Bee Festival Saturday, October 12th and we would like to invite you to come and be a vendor or just enter your honey/bee related product into the Honey show competition. This is an all-day family event running from 9am-9pm and there will be live music throughout the day along with Beekeeping seminars, and much more. We will conclude the eve

ning with drum circle entertainment, a campfire, and some delicious treats for purchase. The Honey Bee Festival is going to be an annual event fundraiser for Moccasin Lake Nature Park, and the funds will go towards scholarships to help local families in need of financial assistance to send their children to our science and nature summer camp.
