FND PSN Parent Support Network (PSN) ensures parents have the training and information they need to ensure their children lead productive, independent lives.

This program, funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP), is the Parent Training Information (PTI) center for the following counties: Charlotte, Citrus, Collier, DeSoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry,
Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Sarasota, and Sumter. PTI services help to ensure that parents of children with the full range of disabilities have the training and information they need to prepare their children for not only school but to be able to lead productive, independent lives to the fullest extent possible

We have a full day planned with educational sessions for families, fun for all ages, free food, and the chance to see our new FND office in Clearwater. Sessions will cover topics including transition, early intervention, IEPs, parent-teacher communication, dispute resolution, AI, and more. The event will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at 311 S. Missouri Ave., Clearwater, FL 33756.
