Since last Saturday was extremely hot, we’re emphasizing hydration early and often 💦☀️
Please make sure athletes and adults are:

- ✅ taking it seriously—hydration helps performance and safety

⏰ GATE OPENING & PROJECTED GAME TIMES
Field/Player Gate: Opens at 8:00 AM for 6U warmups
Pay Gate: Opens at 8:30 AM
⚠️ Game times are estimates and may fluctuate. Games will continue to roll at the conclusion of the previous game, so teams should be prepared to start EARLIER or LATER than the projected time.
🎟️ ADMISSION
Cash & Cash App ONLY at the gate.
* Adults: $10
* Non-playing children: $5
* Cash App payments: Additional $2 fee
Spectators must enter through the Pay Gate ONLY.
🚨 SPECTATOR RULES — PLEASE SHARE WITH ALL FAMILIES
NO:
* ❌ Outside food or drinks
* ❌ Personal Coolers
* ❌ Pets or emotional support animals
* ❌ Standing along the fence
* ❌ Loitering or setting up in the parking lot
Personal umbrellas, fans, and sunscreen are HIGHLY recommended.
Outside food and drinks — including coffee, energy drinks, snacks, etc. — may not be brought through the Pay Gate. Spectators will be asked to dispose of these items before entering. The ONLY exception is medical purposes.
🏈 PLAYER & STAFF ENTRY
We have one Pay Gate and one Player Gate.
We ask that teams enter together, as much as possible, and proceed directly to the practice/warmup field located across from the game field and to the right of the entrance.
Staff Entry
ONLY badged staff members will be permitted through the Player Gate. (We understand the badge situation and we will have the rosters printed out to ensure staff & coaches are certified.)
Every staff member must have a badge for the team that is currently playing or warming up.
If a staff member shows as NOT CERTIFIED or PENDING CERTIFICATION on the roster, they will NOT be permitted TO ENTER the playing field.
Badges must remain visible at all times.
We have had several instances during previous home games where an approved staff member had not yet received their physical badge. If this applies to any member of your staff, please have your administrator log into League Magic and select “Print Badge” for that individual. You may either:
* Print a physical paper copy of the badge, OR
* Screenshot the badge and show it to our gate staff.
Sideline Staff
The 10 staff member sideline limit WILL be enforced.
Please remind all head coaches that they are responsible for keeping their sidelines in order.
Visitor Sideline: Closest to the bleachers/spectator area
Home Sideline: Far side of the field
Home side will take care of filed marker (Chain Gang).
✅ PLAYER CHECK-IN
Player check-in will take place under the scoreboard.
6U
Check-in will begin at 8:50 AM so we are ready for a 9:00 AM kickoff.
8U, 10U, 12U, & 14U
Check-in will take place at the last 5 mins of the 4th quarter of the game immediately before yours.
🧊 TEAM COOLERS & HYDRATION
Team coolers will be checked and are required to be tagged.
Please make sure your team is familiar with Elite rules regarding coolers and follows them accordingly.
Please remind ALL athletes, parents, and spectators to begin properly hydrating early in the week. Florida heat is no joke, and we want everyone prepared for game day.
🍗 CONCESSIONS
Our concession stand will be OPEN and ready!
We will have items including:
* Breakfast
* Chicken wings (Mrs Dee's Specialty)
* Chicken Tenders
* Boiled Peanuts
* seafood bags
* Fries
* Burgers
* Hot dogs
* Drinks
* Candy
* And more!
Again, spectators may NOT bring coolers, outside food, or outside drinks into the facility.
🚫 ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICIES
ALCOHOL:
There is NO alcohol permitted in the parking lot OR inside the facility. This is a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy.
WEAPONS:
There are NO weapons of any kind permitted inside the facility, including fi****ms, even with a permit. Individuals attempting to enter with a weapon will be denied entry.
PETS:
Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.
🚗 PARKING
There is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING in:
* The Grass
Please make sure your families understand the parking restrictions before arriving.
👮 SECURITY & CITY MONITORS
Private Security will check all indivuals & items prior to entering Stadium.
Please remember that everyone working game day is a volunteer and should be treated with respect. We appreciate everyone helping us create a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for all of our athletes and families.
