**** WE ARE MOVING SCOUTING FOR FOOD TO 9/15 DUE TO THE WEATHER!

Scouting For Food Event
Help supply our local food pantry!
Monday, September 8, 2025 - - North of Ross
Monday, September 22, 2025 - - South of Ross
5:30PM until dark
Local youth will come door to door to collect goods for the local food pantry. If you won’t be home, you may leave your donation on your porch.
Donations may also be dropped at the Methodist church between 5:30 and 8:30 on either evening. You may also send me a message and someone will come by to pickup.
Let’s see which side of town collects the most items!
The food bank is VERY low on food at this time. Here is a list of suggested items:
1. Canned chicken/tuna
2. Hamburger helper
3. Canned pasta like ravioli
4. Coffee
5. Macaroni and cheese
6. Oil, flour, sugar, spices
7. Chunky, hearty soups
8. Cereal hot or cold
9. Pancake Mix, syrup
10. Toilet paper
11. Any cleaning supplies
12. Dish Detergent and or laundry detergent
13. Fun stuff like Muffin or cake mixes - we have some that donate eggs.
14. Canned frosting
15. Cat or dog food are also welcome.
16. NO EXPIRED FOOD!!!
The food bank will also take frozen meat.
