The Tampa Bay Times is praising TPG’s newest restaurant, Lumbre, as “easily the best restaurant to debut in Tampa this year.”

That recognition is especially exciting for downtown Clearwater, where Tastes Pretty Good is bringing Streetlight Taco to the restored Peoples Bank Building and Rippers to the historic Telephone Building on Cleveland Street.

Another strong opening for a restaurant group we’re proud to have as a partner—and more to look forward to here in Clearwater.

FOX 13 Tampa Bay reports another green light for the EVO Entertainment project, with the latest City Council action moving the planned downtown destination forward.

The report highlights the planned multiplex featuring the world’s largest cinema screen, while the project architect explains how the street changes will improve parking, access and safety around the site.

Another piece of the larger vision for downtown Clearwater continues moving into place.

The Tampa Bay Times’ new review of Lumbre delivers quite a verdict: “easily the best restaurant to debut in Tampa this year.”

Lumbre is the latest concept from the Tastes Pretty Good team behind Rocca, Bar Terroir and Streetlight Taco—and the same restaurant group bringing new concepts to two restored Cleveland Street landmarks in downtown Clearwater.
