DOWNTOWN CLEARWATER’S LARGEST REDEVELOPMENT IN 50 YEARS ✨

Downtown Clearwater is undergoing its largest redevelopment in 50 years, with approximately $200 million in private investment now advancing across Cleveland Street.

A new video from the Cleveland Street Alliance brings the scale of that transformation together—showing how quickly the district has changed in just four months.

Since April, historic landmarks have been restored, an entire city block has moved into construction, a major entertainment destination has advanced, new restaurant concepts have been announced and major redevelopment projects have moved from plans into visible ex*****on.

Taken together, the investment highlighted includes:

$50 million—Family Entertainment Center
$50 million—Historic Restoration
$100 million—Renovation and Construction

$200 million—Total Private Investment

And all of it is advancing with:

Zero government incentives.
Zero government subsidies.
Zero government grants.

What was presented as a vision only months ago is increasingly visible on the street.

It is happening now.

And downtown Clearwater is undergoing its most significant transformation in generations.
