Church family, as Arvada/Clearmont School prepares to begin a new school year this coming Monday, I want to encourage us to cover our school, staff, students, and families in prayer.

Please pray for our teachers, administrators, support staff, bus drivers, and everyone who serves our students—that God would give them wisdom, patience, strength, and encouragement throughout the year.

Pray for our students as they return to the classroom—that they would be safe, eager to learn, kind to one another, respectful of their teachers, and growing in wisdom and character.

Pray also for our families, especially those facing new routines, new challenges, or important transitions this year.

We are grateful for the people who invest so much of themselves into the children and young people of our community. May we be faithful to encourage them, support them, and continually lift them before the Lord.

“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach.” — James 1:5
