We had the pleasure of hearing from our member Kathy Gillespie, CEO of MRAAA, who shared insight on the organization’s recent name change from the former Clearfield Area Agency on Aging to Mature Reasources Area Agency on Aging.

The MRAAA continues to provide a wide range of services for adults age 60 and over, offering valuable support to our senior community throughout Clearfield County. We’re grateful for the important work being done to serve and strengthen our community❤️🤝

We had a great Rotary meeting where we heard community updates from Clearfield Borough Manager Julie Brooks on what’s happening throughout the Clearfield Borough🚔🌨️

We also heard from Nancy Pinto of the Clearfield United Way and were proud to make a Rotary contribution in support of the programs making a difference in our community🤝❤️

What a great night at St. Charles! 🍲🍪 From a delicious homemade meal to celebrating the success of our students, the evening was full of smiles and meaningful moments. 🎓✨ We loved welcoming back our scholarship recipients and cheering on Maya Richards (Penn State Main Campus, Biology with plans for dental school) and Anna Finney (Commonwealth/Lock Haven Clearfield Campus, Nursing) after their first semester of college—so proud of both of them!

We also enjoyed hearing from Pat Domico as he shared details about his upcoming Squirrel Tails for Trout program on April 26, 2026 at Parker Dam State Park, open to children ages 3–13.

Community, education, and service all in one great evening! 💙

With the Gates Foundation’s 2:1 match, our $743.07 grew to $2,229.21 — enough to provide approximately 743 vaccines to children around the world! 🌎
