Clear Lake Area Community Center The Clear Lake Area Community Center (CLACC) offers low cost, affordable rental space and community programs. It is a non-profit organization started in 1998.

Who We Are:

A tastefully decorated, historic building, housed in the former high school, CLACC offers low cost, affordable rental space and community programs. It is a non-profit organization started in 1998 to provide an enriching environment for community activities while preserving a beautiful early 1922 building. It provides a diversity of areas for large wedding receptions, banquet, parties,

lock-ins, meeting rooms and yearly rental office / shop spaces, and licensed commercial kitchen. CLACC houses several non-profit organizations and a rich grouping of art and business endeavors along with necessary community services. Staff will work with you to meet your own individual personal space needs.
