You are invited to Bay Oaks Nature Park Clean-up – October 22nd

Please join neighbors on Saturday, October 22nd from 9 to 11AM at the Bay Oaks Nature Park located at the intersection of Village Elm and Winter Knoll Way to remove invasive plants and perform general clean-up. If you are interested, please contact Brian Horner at [email protected] or Jesus Suarez at [email protected].

To join in the activities, please bring a shovel or another w**d removal tool. Wearing personal safety gear is highly recommended - gloves, closed toed shoes, and protective eyewear. Stay for the gift card raffle.

Bay Oaks Splash Day 2022

Everyone is invited to the kick-off to our summer fun events this Saturday, June 18 from 12-3pm at the Bay Oaks Community Pool. We will have pizza, cookies, drinks, games and prizes! Come cool down with some water fun! It's a wonderful day to bring the family out, hangout with your neighbors, have lunch and enjoy one of the summer activities hosted by your neighborhood social committee.

The Social Committee will be hosting the Annual Fajita and Margarita Night at the community pool on Friday, May 6th. The event will be held from 6-9 pm and is open to all adult (21+) residents of Bay Oaks only. Although swimming is not allowed, Gulf Coast Aquatics will have 2 lifeguards present to supervise the pool deck and Top Gun will also be providing check in and security services. This is always a very popular event and we're thrilled to be able to bring it back after the 2 year Covid imposed hiatus! So come thirsty and hungry.

TODAY! 9-1pm Family Ice Cream Social at the Pool/Playground (swimming unavailable)

Scoop Ice Cream will be serving FREE ice cream!There are lots of games, bubbles and activities set up for the kids all over the playground area. Come and enjoy!

Subject: Gulf freeway at Dickinson, total closure this weekend



The southbound Gulf Freeway main lanes will be closed this weekend at Dickinson starting at 9pm tonight, with all traffic diverted to the service road. Thus, you might want to reconsider any plans you may have had to visit Galveston this weekend or find alternate routes.

Calling all Bay Oaks Residents
Your Bay Oaks Social Committee invites you to a new neighborhood event - Bay Oaks Ice Cream Social! Join us at the main Bay Oaks community playground (2020 Greenwood Oaks) Saturday, April 23rd, 9 am -1 pm. While the pool will not be open for this event, we look forward to swimming with you at Splash Day in June! Scoop Ice Cream will be available from 10-12 for the entire family! There will also be two moonwalks for the kids to enjoy. Feel free to bring a picnic and enjoy the morning with your family, friends, and neighbors.
We hope to see you all there as we continue to expand our social efforts with our neighbors.
