Some good times you plan for, and others just happen spontaneously here at UKC Senior Center! We had a fun little Dolly Party yesterday, and today two of our fun(ny) friends gifted me. I now have new sun glasses AND a handy and convenient paper weight for my desk!
The good times just keep rolling through the front door!

Just a reminder...... there is NO Chair Yoga tomorrow.
We will resume normal schedule next Tuesday 10/13 @ 1:30pm.

Chair yoga is a gentle, seated practice that improves flexibility, builds core strength, and lowers fall risk for older adults without requiring any floor exercises.

According to Harvard Health, it provides a safe mind-body workout with minimal risk of falling.

Come try it out!
