Our junior summer soccer team finished their season last night with a win over Lyme! Great season for our little Vikings! ⚽️

‼️Flag football will be starting Tuesday August 25th and run on Tuesday/Thursday from 6-7 and Saturdays 10am-11 for 6 weeks at Rec park. We will hopefully have a game during this session but there are no promises. Please text Nicci Hudson if interested. (315)778-1535.

We are also looking to have cheerleading. This will be a 6 week session that will go through cheers, stretching, and basic tumbling. We are in need of a coach for this to happen. Please reach out if you are interested in coaching at this point. Once we get a coach, we will post about signing up.

The Clayton Youth Commission is now accepting donations of returnable bottles and cans at the Town of Clayton transfer site. All proceeds will go to assist the youth commission to provide free sports opportunities to the children of the Town of Clayton . Thank you for your support.

C*C wants to give a huge shout out to our Rec employees. They put in the work behind the scenes making sure our fields are lined and in tip top shape. We couldn’t do it without them! Thank you!!

First practice will start on Wednesday July 29th from 5-6 and will be on Mondays and Wednesdays at the lions field. This league WILL play a few games!

They will be in contact later in the week to discuss practice times and days. Practices will start next week.

If your child wants to play and you did not sign them up in the spring please reach out to the appropriate coach for your child’s age group to get them added to the roster.

To clarify. . Summer league soccer for July is for 8-13 year olds. Once we have coaches we will instruct you who to reach out to to make sure your child is on the roster.

The league for children under 8 does not start until August. We will post separately for that league.
