We had a very successful school year as a PTSA. Thank you to everyone who helped make it possible!

Here's a summary of what we achieved:
-Welcome Back lunch for staff from 9 Bar
-Got plant donations for planter pots in front of school & courtyard from Hudsons
-Recruitment efforts (got signs printed & attended back to school night)
-Skip the Line Raffle
-Approved a few teacher grants
-Spirit Nights (Romeo’s, Snack Provision Company, Fiori’s Italian Restaurant & Chipotles)
-Lunch duty covered (October, November, January, February, March & May)
-Fall Family Movie Night with concessions
-Three Treat Trolleys for students
-Two Book Fairs
-Frosty Festival- gathered donations and held a raffle
-For RMS staff: Pies, Stock the lounges, Blind Date with a Book, Coffee pop-up (with Morning Nectar), Dunkin Donuts, Bouquet stand (with Rooted Goods)
-Apex Color Games Fundraiser
-Talent Show concessions
-Recruitment at ‘Upcoming 6th Graders Night’
-DJ for 8th grade dance
-Staff Appreciation Week: parfait bar, bagels, duty free lunch, soda bar & lunch (from Smithfield’s Chicken & BBQ)

We need help with setting and cleaning up a drink bar for staff next Thursday (May 7). Set up would be around 9am (time is flexible) and involve putting out a table cloth and cups, putting drinks in buckets with ice, and setting up the flavorings. Clean up would be quick after school- ice gets dumped and leftover drinks get put in the fridge. Please comment if you can help. Thank you!

Friday is the 8th Grade Social Studies Fair. Teachers are needing help with set up from 6:30-7:30am, and take down from 3-4pm. It will involve lifting and moving tables. Please email [email protected] if you are able to help out!
