Blue Ridge Bartram Trail Conservancy

Join us for the Blue Ridge Bartram Trail Camporee!

October 23–25, we’re gathering at Appletree Group Campground for three days celebrating our members, volunteers, community, and the beautiful place we call home.

Spend the weekend camping beneath the fall canopy and enjoy kayaking on Nantahala Lake, nature journaling, fall tree identification, laughs around the campfire, stargazing, and more!

Bring your own tent, camping supplies, and food. Bartram will provide light breakfast options and coffee, along with a community chili dinner on Saturday night.

Come for one activity, stay for the day, or camp with us all weekend!

Blue Ridge Bartram Trail Conservancy

What a fun and productive workday! On Friday, our crew completed several major projects that will improve the trail’s long-term sustainability and we shared plenty of laughs along the way. Of course, no workday would be complete without beer and cookies afterward!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped care for the Bartram Trail. We’re grateful for the hard work, good company, and community spirit you bring to the trail.

Sheryl Webster is a very busy person in our community. Just recently she completed an eight week study with UGA and participated in the Great Southeast Pollinator Census August 21 and 22. These photos are from her garden as she did the census. Very impressive. We will be also sharing her videos soon.
