North Jefferson Improvement Association (NJIA) is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a dedicated and motivated Home Programs Manager to join our team!
If you’re passionate about supporting homeowners, strengthening communities, and helping provide safe and affordable housing, this could be the perfect fit!
✨ Position Highlights:
• Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
• Bi-weekly pay
• Eligible for paid sick leave, personal time, and vacation
• Work directly with our Executive Director
• Make a meaningful impact in our community
• Exempt position with a 6-month probationary period
🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Oversee homeownership and rehabilitation programs
• Manage compliance, grants, reporting, and outreach
• Support homeowners throughout the program process
• Maintain partnerships with contractors and funding agencies
• Keep program materials, files, and waitlists up to date
• Help expand awareness of available programs
📌 Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in property management or real estate preferred
• Strong communication, organization & time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
