The Wally Foundation- canine epilepsy To assist families & dog rescue groups challenged by the cost of their Canine Epilepsy Warrior's anti seizure medications.

We are here to support, share information & resources with our Canine Epilepsy Warrior Community🐾💜🐾 TWF is dedicated to assisting owners of canine epileptics obtain medications and medical services for their beloved pet. Our belief is that no human should have to choose between food on the table, and affording medication or treatments for their epileptic dog. We also believe that no family should

have to euthanize their beloved dog due to a lack of understanding of the disease, or a lack of resources. We will also provide support and information on canine epilepsy, a database of specialists and treatment centers, and how and where to obtain the lowest possible priced medications. Three percent of all dogs will be diagnosed as epileptic. Only one percent of these dogs receive treatment. There is currently no cure for idiopathic epilepsy. Due to the similarities between canine and human brains, and epilepsy itself, many treatments for epilepsy come from humans, and much of the research starts with canine epilepsy diagnostics and treatment. TWF supports research for humans and canines alike, and hopes that a cure can one day be found for this horrible disease.
