As the summer comes to an end, all of us in Clay County must prepare to part ways. Here is what we’ll be up to after we leave Clay:

- Maire will be heading back to University of North Carolina where she will start her senior year studying elementary education.
- Charlotte will be studying abroad in Rome where she will start her junior year studying PR & Communications, and Environmental Science.
- Asa will be studying abroad in Spain where he will start his junior year studying Political Science.
- Austin will be headed back to East Carolina University where he will start his Sophomore year studying Construction Management.

We are all so grateful to have spent the summer in Clay County and will miss this place and these people a lot. Thank you to ASP for bringing us together in Clay. Until next time!

After photos at Farmer Percy Pickles! This summer we completed necessary repairs to this home to ensure that it is warmer, safer, and drier for our homeowners. This included completing three bedroom remodels with new drywall, paint, floor coverings, and trim. We also re-insulated underneath the entire home, completed joist repairs in the third bedroom, fixed the two access doors, removed the carpeting in the living room and replaced with new floor coverings.
Through our continued partnership with the AEP, TGKVF, WVDHF foundation and with the help of our volunteers, make repairs to this home. Our staff and volunteers have loved getting to know this family throughout the year! We are thankful for the AEP, TGKVF, WVDHF Foundation that has allowed us to continue carrying out our mission to make homes warmer, safer, and drier.

After photos at Walter Boggis! This summer we completed necessary repairs to this home to ensure that it is safer for our homeowners. This included building a new porch in the back, completing a bedroom remodel with new paint, floor coverings, and trim!!
Through our continued partnership with the OAHMP foundation and with the help of our volunteers, make repairs to this home. Our staff and volunteers have loved getting to know this family throughout the year! We are thankful for the OAHMP Foundation that has allowed us to continue carrying out our mission to make homes warmer, safer, and drier.

After photos at Morph! This summer we completed necessary repairs to this home to ensure that it is drier and safer for our homeowners. This included installing girders underneath the house, fixing floor joists, drywall repair, new subfloor finished with floor coverings and trim, painting and cleaning the kitchen. In total we completed three bedrooms, a hallway, living room, a drainage ditch, and kitchen!
Through our continued partnership with the AEP, TGKVF, WVDHF, United Way Central WV, foundation and with the help of our volunteers, make repairs to this home. Our staff and volunteers have loved getting to know this family throughout the year! We are thankful for the AEP, TGKVF, WVDHF, United Way Central WV Foundation that has allowed us to continue carrying out our mission to make homes warmer, safer, and drier.

After photos at Preston! This summer we completed necessary repairs to this home to ensure that it is safer for our homeowners. This included removing the old stairs in the front and replacing them with new stairs. Then we built a ramp on the other side of the front porch! Lastly, we repaired her light in her hallway.

Through our continued partnership with the AEP, TGKVF, WVDHF foundation and with the help of our volunteers, we were able to make repairs to this home. Our staff and volunteers have loved getting to know this family throughout the year! After photos at Bonejangles! This summer we completed necessary repairs to this home to ensure that it is safer and drier for our homeowner. This included removing and reinstalling a new porch and stairs, bathroom remodel complete with new shower, toilet, vanity, floor coverings, paint and trim, and a bedroom remodel with new floor coverings, paint, and trim!
Through our continued partnership with the AEP, TGKVF, WVDHF foundation and with the help of our volunteers, we were able to make repairs to this home. Our staff and volunteers have loved getting to know this family throughout the year! After photos at Pingu! This summer we completed necessary repairs to this home to ensure that it is warmer, safer, and drier for our homeowner. This included a full kitchen remodel, fresh paint, trim, and a chalkboard in the dining room, and framing the staircase. The kitchen remodel includes new ceiling drywall, wood paneling, new cabinets, floor coverings, paint and trim, and a new kitchen sink. Lastly, we fixed her plumbing for her toilet. Through our continued partnership with the AEP, TGKVF, WVDHF foundation and with the help of our volunteers, we were able to make repairs to this home. Our staff and volunteers have loved getting to know this family throughout the year! We are thankful for the AEP, TGKVF, WVDHF Foundation that has allowed us to continue carrying out our mission to make homes warmer, safer, and drier.

After photos at Lady Lou Lou! This summer we completed necessary repairs to this home to ensure that it is safer for our homeowners. This included removing the old stairs in the front and back of the home, and building a 6x10 porch in the back and a 5x5 porch in the front!!
