Brothers and Sisters,

As we approach Labor Day, I want to recognize and sincerely thank every member of IBEW Local 43 for the hard work, dedication, and pride you bring to our union each and every day.

Labor Day is more than a long weekend. It is a reminder of what working people can accomplish when we stand together. The wages, benefits, protections, and opportunities we have today were earned by generations of union members who stood up, fought hard, and sacrificed to build a better future.

That responsibility now belongs to us.

The strength of IBEW Local 43 comes from our members and our commitment to one another. Together, we will protect what those before us built, create new opportunities, strengthen our trade, and leave this union better and stronger for the generations that follow.

When we stand together, we are stronger. When we stand together, we have a voice. And when we stand together, there is no limit to what IBEW Local 43 can accomplish.

Thank you for everything you do for our union, our trade, and our communities. I hope you and your families enjoy a safe, relaxing, and well-deserved Labor Day weekend.

Happy Labor Day!

In Solidarity,

Alan Marzullo
Business Manager
