A huge congratulations to all of our coin hunt winners! We hope you had as much fun hunting for the coins, working through the clues, and trying to figure out where we hid them as we did putting the hunt together.

Thank you to everyone who participated, shared our posts, followed the clues, and helped make this such a fun community event. We truly appreciate the support!

🔎 TWO COINS HAVE BEEN FOUND!

The hunt is getting down to the wire! 🪙

Congratulations to Travis Coleman, who found the first coin, and Jason Kain, who has now tracked down the second coin!

That means there is only ONE Masonic coin left hidden somewhere in Clay Center! 👀

We’re still keeping the locations of the first two coins secret. The locations of all three coins will be revealed once the final coin has been found. We don’t want to give away anything that might help narrow down the last hiding spot.

Keep studying the clues, keep searching, and have fun!

We’ll be set up all morning in front of the Rex Plex, so stop by early to get your team registered!

We’ll also be selling tickets for the Kansas Masonic Foundation Car Raffle. You can purchase your tickets in person or use the link below.

Three travelers arrived without taking a single step.

They settled where watchers have stood longer than they have, each keeping company with something that has witnessed more of Clay Center than it could ever tell.

Sometimes the best place to hide is somewhere everyone has already looked at a thousand times.

You asked for it, and we’ve done it!

There are now THREE coins hidden somewhere within the Clay Center city limits.

All three coins are on public property and are accessible 24 hours a day. This time, there are no additional prizes—the prize for each find is the coin itself.

A reminder of the rules:

• Coins are located on public property only.
• No trespassing on private property.
• No digging, climbing, ladders, special tools, or disassembly of anything is required.
• Please use caution while searching and obey all federal, state, and local laws.
• If you find a coin, please message the Clay Center Masonic Lodge #134 page so we know it has been located.
• Members of Clay Center Masonic Lodge #134 are not eligible to participate.

Clay Center Masonic Lodge #134 was pleased to recognize the winners of our 3rd Annual Coin Hunt prior to our stated meeting last night.

Congratulations to Tamara Higgins and Leslie Coleman, a mother-daughter team from Clay Center, who successfully tracked down this year’s coin.

Tamara and Leslie received a prize package valued at $250, including a $100 gift certificate to the Clay Center Meat Locker, a $50 gift certificate to Ginger’s Uptown, and a $100 booklet of car raffle tickets.

We would like to thank everyone who participated in this year’s hunt and followed the clues along the way. Events like this are a great opportunity for our Lodge to engage with the community and have a little fun while doing it.

Congratulations again to Tamara and Leslie, and thank you to the Clay Center community for another successful Coin Hunt.
