Annual Enrollment Forms was mailed out the August 10, 2020 and are due to the office on August 24th so we can process them.  It will come to you in a green envelope. Thanks for your help in getting these back to us quickly.

SA EXCEPTIONS – Update:  Providers have been given this through-out the summer.  Remember it is for age 5 and over not for Pre-school age children.  Thanks for letting us know.

June is a short month for processing claims. May Claim will be due with all supporting documents by June 12, 2020.  All claims coming in after the 12th will be considered a late claim and paid with the June claim the end of July.
