Attention Clay County Quilters and Quilt Owners!
Celebrate creativity, tradition, and community at a special quilt show honoring America’s 250th birthday. The show will be held at the Clay County Museum from June 29 through July 4.
As part of the July 3rd celebration, the quilts will be moved to the Clay County Event Center at the fairgrounds for public viewing that day. Quilts will be moved back to the Museum at the end of the day.
Participants are invited to enter in three categories: patriotic bed size quilts, patriotic baby quilts, or patriotic wall hangings. One entry per category. Each category is limited to 15 entries, so early registration is encouraged.
Visitors are invited to view the quilts and vote for their favorites during the show.
Those wishing to enter a quilt must pre-register by June 19. You can do so using the attached link or by stopping by the Museum during business hours.
