💗BITTERSWEET NEWS FROM DOWNTOWN CLAUDE… AND AN EXCITING NEW CHAPTER AHEAD!💗 This one has ALL the mixed emotions.

For those of us who love Claude, it’s hard to imagine driving around the square and not seeing the bright colors, fun windows and unmistakable energy of FarmGirl Frosting on the corner. Tessa has created something that is so much more than a storefront — she has created a destination, brought people to Claude and represented our little community with a whole lot of personality and pride. ❤️

So yes… we’re going to be a sad to see the FarmGirl Frosting storefront go. BUT — FarmGirl Frosting isn’t going away!🎉

Tessa and Scott are taking FGF on the road full-time, and we cannot wait to follow their adventures as they continue representing Claude, USA at events across the country! We probably need to start a map and put a pin everywhere FarmGirl Frosting takes a little piece of Claude!

And now, another exciting opportunity begins right here in downtown Claude. Their incredible commercial property + home on the historic Claude square will soon be coming to market. Sitting directly on Highway 287, this is one of those properties that simply cannot be duplicated — a large, eye-catching building, plenty of parking, incredible highway visibility and thousands upon thousands of travelers passing by Claude every single day.

Now comes the fun question… WHAT WILL BE NEXT FOR THIS CORNER OF CLAUDE?👀 A new shop? A restaurant? A destination business? Something we haven't even thought of yet? We can't wait to see who falls in love with this property and what new dream they bring to our downtown.

To Tessa & Scott — THANK YOU for the color, creativity, laughter, visitors and ENERGY you have brought to the corner of our square. We're going to miss seeing FGF there, but we're awfully excited about what comes next for you — and for Claude. 💗

Here's to new chapters, new opportunities and continuing to make Claude, Texas a place worth stopping for.
