Frost Valley YMCA Find your Happy Place in the Catskills ⛰️
A Place for all to Connect, Belong, & Grow. frostvalley.org
(990)

Frost Valley YMCA is a 5,000 acre residential camping, environmental education, and conference center located in the heart of the "forever wild" Catskill Mountain Preserve. As a charitable organization, we raise funds throughout the year for camperships that cover the costs of camp for children and families who would not otherwise be able to attend.

Welcoming artists, families, visitors, and creative communities from near and far, the Gallery at Forstmann Castle offers opportunities to discover new perspectives, connect with others, and experience the region in meaningful ways.

The Gallery’s second exhibition, Shifting Terrain, will feature work by Joan Barker and Maxine Davidowitz, along with an outdoor installation by Bill Buchen.

Whether you’re visiting Frost Valley for the first time or returning to a place you know and love, we invite you to step inside, explore, and be part of this evolving creative community!

Today, we celebrate the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Indigenous peoples all around the world. We recognize the land on which Frost Valley operates, and the ancestral peoples who shared it. We look forward to our continued partnership with the North American Indigenous Center of New York as we work towards our mission of connection.

Happy Indigenous Peoples’ Day from all of us at Frost Valley!
