Clarkton Fire Department Meetings are the1st, 2nd, and 3rd Mondays of every month at 7pm Volunteer firefighting is a very rewarding and valuable way to serve your community.

It takes dedication and many hours of training to become a firefighter. If you're willing to put in the time and effort, we're ready for you to serve.

Wishing you a safe and happy July 4th!!

As we celebrate the 250th anniversary of our independence, please be safe and keep in mind the drought conditions the state is currently experiencing.

Fireworks can be fun to watch, but please leave them to the professionals with proper oversight. As the NC Office of the State Fire Marshal reminds us, even sparklers can be dangerous.

REMINDER: The state-wide burn ban is still in effect. Please do NOT burn anything at all outdoors. It does not take much for something small to get out of control.
