P.I.T.S is a subsidiary of Emmanuel Outreach Ministries Incorporated [EOM] Stop the violence group. Tommy L. Bailey is the President and Founder of this Organization- formed in year 2012. Bailey was God inspired to form this organization while incarcerated in the Alabama prison system. Most of the members or individuals that make up P.I.T.S are former inmates who once played a role in destroying t

he neighborhoods; and now having been reformed and or reborn again; are now on a mission to give back to neighborhoods that are being destroyed by violence. Since forming this organization P.I.T.S has also accumulated a number of concerned citizens as well as elite officials. P.I.T.S has a a chapter in Birmingham, Alabama (first city), Gadsden, Alabama and now Clarksville, Tennessee. P.I.T.S has traveled to Marietta, GA and several cities as well as schools throughout the state of Alabama. P.I.T.S also encourages the communities which are working together in harmony; to stay peaceful.
