Five members of the Ozark R**e Crisis Center staff, received notification today that their HCI™ Capstone has been successfully completed and approved, and they are now officially certified in the Human-Centric Forensic Interviewing™ methodology. This was developed by Russell and Myra Strand and is a comprehensive interviewing methodology for individuals who have experienced trauma or victimization.
This 45-hour immersive course blends foundational science, evidence-informed interviewing practices, and hands-on experiences to help elicit accurate, detailed narratives from interviewees. The Human-Centric Interviewing™ methodology is preapproved by the National Children's Alliance as a trusted child forensic interview source and by the National Advocate Credentialing Program. We are thrilled to be among the first certified interviewers in the state of Arkansas.
